1. Service Agreement By booking a service with Glisten Detailing, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Service Scope

   • Our car wash services include exterior washing, interior vacuuming, window cleaning, and everything outlined in the services you selected with us.

   • Additional services may be available upon request and may incur extra charges as outlined or communicated before the booking date.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

   • Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or email.

   • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

   • Payment is due upon completion of the service.

   • Invoices are due within 7 days. Any late payments may be subject to fees.

   • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

5. Deposits for Booking

   • A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

   • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

   • The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service.

6. Liability

   • Glisten Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

   • We take utmost care with your vehicle, but in the event of damage directly caused by our services, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Customer Responsibilities

   • Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before the service. Glisten Detailing is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. This includes the removal of items in the luggage area. We reserve the right to not clean this area if these conditions are not met, although allowances may be given at our discretion.

   • Ensure that your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time of service.

8. Vehicle Movement Agreement

   • By booking a service, you agree to allow Glisten Detailing staff to move your vehicle as necessary to facilitate the service.

   • Our staff will not exceed a speed of 15 mph while moving your vehicle.

9. Right to Refuse Service

   • Glisten Detailing Limited reserves the right to refuse to clean a car under any given circumstance or reason.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

    • Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

11. Privacy Policy

    • Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    • Glisten Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
